Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience •Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with relevant experience •Minimum of 5 years of experience in a highly regulated industry (medical, aerospace, etc.) is required. Aerospace industry is preferred. •Project and/or Program management experience in a manufacturing industry •Candidates with experience leading multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams preferred. •Experience with management of a Budget and / or Program P&L •Experience leading work-packages on US Government / US Military Programs •Experience in Continuous Improvements and/or Lean Process Development •Experience with work break down structures, scheduling, pricing, and estimating •Must be a U.S. citizen authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. **This position requires access to technologies and hardware subject to US national security-based export control requirements. All applicants must be US Persons (8 USC 1324b(a)(3)), or otherwise authorized by the U.S. Government. No company sponsorship will be offered.
